We have just held our fourth annual charity event at Ty Maen Farm, Pentre, Nr Chirk in aid of our daughter s special needs school but the first time using Dinner by Design, this has been by far the best event ever, the food and service by Mark and team made the evening and we are looking forward to next years event. Mark came to provide breakfast for the needy on the Sunday morning after our party and did the most wonderful and very professional job. He turned up in an immaculate trailer with delicious sausage, bacon and egg baps, tea, coffee and OJ and I've had so many letters of thanks and praise. Dear Dinner By Design, I am writing on behalf of Whitchurch young farmers, to say a big thank you for the delicious canapés you made and the prizes you donated for our 007 themed charity casino night. All out members really enjoyed the evening and lots of people said how much they enjoyed the canapés. We were so chuffed with how well the night went and pleasantly shocked to have raised £3560.90 for Clwyd special riding centre. Debbie Williams absolutely amazing 2 nights. Malpas dinner dance 3 course meal and Whitchurch charity casino evening with heavy canapés outstanding every time, and always there to help and on the end of the phone with ideas! I would recommend them to anyone! xx

Having called Mark at short notice to help us out with catering at the Denbighshire and Flintshire show we were delighted with the compliments that were given throughout the day for the buffet he prepared. We booked him again to provide refreshment for our customers at the Cheshire Ploughing Match and had to turn people away as the demand was so great. Another triumph! Thank you Mark for taking the stress out of the day.

Mark catered for my Dad's 60th Birthday celebrations at a large self-catering house we had hired. A 3 course meal for 18 people executed with precision and perfection. Professional in every way. I am about to book Mark again for another function at the same place and this time we intend to use his services 2 nights running! excellent value - it's not worth the hassle of eating out when we have hired such a fantastic venue

We used Mark & his team for Franco's 50th Birthday. We had a marquee in our garden & Mark set up his area for the Hog Roast & Buffet. Not only was the food & service amazing, Mark & his team made the night completely stress free for us to enjoy the party too. We would definitely use Dinner by Design again & would recommend them to anyone who wants to have a stress free event.

When we got married in June I looked everywhere to find a caterer, and in the end chose Mark at Dinner by Design, simply because a friend recommended him! What better way to find a caterer than a recommendation, and as a total bonus he lives in our local village! We met with him, in the local so it was really nice and relaxed and went thro what we wanted and what he could provide. We changed the menu slightly, which he accommodated us brilliantly. There was no hassle no stress, he just organised everything brilliantly. We had so many wonderful comments about the food on the day - we had a spring buffet and a hog roast in the evening, the staff were fab and so professional. Mark and his team did a Hog Roast buffet for my 50th in June. This guy is brilliant. Planning a party can be very stressful - but once you have Mark doing the food you will have very little stress!! He has a very relaxed approach - puts you at ease right from the initial planning stage -but trust me - you are in safe hands! Nothing is too much trouble. My birthday will always be remembered for the fantastic food!! I loved having my very own chef in the back garden!! Thank you Mark - and thanks to your staff as well for great service.

Mark and the team prepared a hog roast buffet for my wedding on August 8th 2009. Not only was the food delicious and well presented but they took care of all of the smaller details such as the table layouts leaving me to relax and enjoy the morning preparations. Dinner By Design will always be my first port of call for any future catering requirements and I would thoroughly recommend their service to anybody considering them.

Mark and his team catered for my daughter's wedding party last August. Everyone commented on how gorgeous the food was, the service was superb - the whole event was very well organised. Mark produced a menu which we altered slightly, but overall I would say that we received really good value for money. I would certainly recommend Mark and would definitely use him again if I ever have to cater on a large scale.
